Nero 6.3.1.25所遇到的燒錄問題求救(Nero Burning Rom程式沒有回應)

小弟昨天新買一台DVD燒錄機NEC 3500A(韌體未修改,為2.16版)
我原本使用Nero 5.x版一切正常
由於我的5.x版沒有可燒DVD的指令可選，就將5.x移除
安裝了新版Nero 6.3.1.25

然而進入Nero Burning ROM 程式後
不管我選擇要燒錄DVD 或CD，設定好格式選"新建"
出現整個視窗後(即window左側是欲燒光碟內容,右側是電腦的所有資料夾)
只要我一按畫面右方檔案瀏覽部份 打算進入資料夾選取要燒的檔案時
整個Nero就停住，程式"沒有回應"
然後只能把它關閉

我本以為是我新裝的燒錄機有問題
但嘗試使用Nero Express成正N錄了一片DVD影片

請問Nero Burning Rom這部分問題請各位給我一些意見好嗎？
Nero有聽說容易跟什麼程式衝嗎？燒錄軟體我還有裝酒精120%
目前沒有方向 不知從何試起~
