1. 所謂檯面上檯面下在拉人搶人的導火線是由哪裡開始的? 這點需要認清楚.

我不知道有拉人的動作
只知道當初有cbb的人跳到p隊, 基本上這是很主觀的事
我也了解的不多

2. 如果各位看得懂 kakao stats 裡的數據, 現今參與滄者的自願者仍以穩定的方向成長, 非如 PCDVD 一窩蜂似的擴增. 如果要用到金錢的方式來做宣廣, 很抱歉, 我寧可不願參加這樣的專案.

R大從一開始的借卡,到顯示卡半買半相送,到準備架站這說明了一件事,以免費當誘因不會是長久之計,公益本來就需要更多人的參與,這是推廣的嘗試過程
PCDVD一翁蜂的擴增?
除了那十多張8800帶來幾萬的ppd成長外,擴增的會員大多不是拿到8800GT的那幾位
以上是我的認知,至於他的心路歷程也許只有本人才知道

3. 推廣中我重視 "過程" 勝於 "結果" , F@H 並不是一件商品, 全世界都有人在響應, 不差台灣這一區. 成為世界第一? 這是不可能的....
是的 我也是,拿不拿到世界第一那不是很重要,重要的是至少在台灣可以把Folding@home能見度拉高。基本上這群人除了Folding@home之外,在此之前更參加了UD WCG的活動...骨幹成員都是一樣的,分散式計算的精神在台灣紮根這比專案進不進世界前十強更重要

4. 也許是我頑固, 但我只想秉持當初加入滄者時的信念. 若要集中火力拼名次, 可以, 過來滄者團隊吧.....
要C站隊員過去P站或P站隊員過去C站這都是不太可能發生的事

5. 早在滄者建立之前我有提過國家隊的意識, 但那時並不被接受, 如今反過來要全力支持國家隊, 那麼滄者團隊的成立不就是笑話了......
P站團隊的起源其實很kuso...是因為一開始有群人跑完UD之後,就自己弄個P團隊(用CPU跑)
後來我在那邊PO了有關nVidia CUDA的應用,然後不小心引起眾人的興趣,所以就揪團來跑Folding@home 相信這段歷史,有見證到和幫忙到的monkp大大應該記憶猶新

6. 有許有人說這只不過是換團隊 ID 就行了. 沒錯, 那請問為何不一開始就加入 taiwan team, 那不是省了這些麻煩.......

此一時彼一時,那時候參與人數並不多,而且還在摸索,誰也不知道這群人可以跑多久
記得當時R大說過時機還不成熟
怎麼把力量凝聚起來, 怎麼找出目標其實都需要時間摸索,現在可以算摸出一點小心得
繞了一圈回到當初原點,這也是我始料未及
這就是人生阿:PPP:
只是如果這能夠讓分散式計算的精神發揚光大、拉到新的高度
我想這個陣痛與摸索也是有意義的

我想, 怎麼做都是隨人的~ 一家人沒有什麼筆戰可言, 就是大家分享一下觀念.

參加F@H都是以人做單位,隊伍其實沒有管制力,要的是吸引力, 成員就看團隊是否跟自己契合而已,
用論壇隊伍來開創,是最容易開始的方式, 因為站長容易同意開設專區.可在論壇中運作.
光是常來的忠實基本成員就能順利呼應開跑.

只是目前打開了契機, R大與 浩雲 隊長看到整合的機會, 以後可以一起把市場做大.
以前的那些問題就不會再發生. 化敵為友後,以前看到的威脅,在未來直接都會變成團隊的助力.

坦白說,從友站拉人過來CBB的作法與鼓吹,最早看到是在版上多次(可搜尋,就不點出了);x;
因為我們設專版,初期P隊很多人改跑來這(對一下list都可發現) 也連帶鼓吹許多P站的人前來.

我覺得"招募"就是用方法在吸引隊員,不管是用人還是用環境,行銷競爭有輸有贏,是很自然的.

以贊助方式招募, 只要合法又有成效都是好事.就跟有隊友因為P站速度慢而轉來CBB是一樣,

P隊也只能摸摸鼻子捏著LP吧~ 轉個角度看, 顯卡招募有效而隊員異動,也只能祝福,因為他找到更好的去處.

每種公益活動都需要用到經費, 每個慈善團體都會利用贊助者來協助達成自己的使命.
若對F@H有利,對隊員有利,對團隊有利,我覺得妥善使用sponsor的作法滿務實的.
反正隊員又不用出錢,而且是最大受益者. 隊員跟贊助者是不同的角色,不須兼任啊.:PPP:

團隊中,有錢出錢有力出力,有多樣化的人才,隊伍才會更活躍更強大.:MMM:

這邊的學生很多,有心無力的用CPU跑,一樣的資源消耗,若能提高到GPU的速度,自己又有卡可用

也是多贏的局面. 我們可以不必學魔王灑錢, 但也要承認那的確是個三贏的結果.

今天換過來是CBB出現一個佛心的大贊助者, 我們說的又該會是完全不同的話了.;x;

滄者的專版,不會也不必消失, 而是多個隊伍共推Taiwan Team為聯盟隊, 成效會更高.

現實中,很多人有論壇的偏見,CBB在一些地方也是眾之矢的, Mobile01也有人不愛, PCDVD也有人噓,

只要是單站的旗幟,就沒有國家隊 台灣隊的 高度. 中華隊的支持者與加油聲會比統一獅小嗎?

以廣大群眾而言, 支持中華隊的群體,絕不會小於任一棒球隊的愛好者. 在F@H亦然.

有部份成員想繼續留在滄者隊133977,也不能勉強. 或許時間會改變人的想法,也要保留彈性

讓時間去慢慢沉澱, 不需要強迫暫時還不願改變的隊友. 先宣傳新隊伍的加入就行了.


而友站R大也已經發文說明 新設論壇將會以推廣Taiwan Team為主, 串聯P站與我們.

最後,我想說的是, 改變一定會有衝擊, 一定會有要溝通的地方.但破局容易成局難, 現在還不是否決的時候.

怎麼樣的環境與前景會吸引人,很值得領導人思考.用台灣隊的高度來聯盟,是把CBB提升

到長遠發展的最好辦法, 採取合作,而不是繼續與前兩大強隊的結盟去抗衡才更有未來.

孟子說得好, 仁者"無敵" 並不是敵人打不倒你,而是存仁心而沒有樹立敵人.今天三強聯盟就是為了達到

這個彼此融合不分你我的理想來有效推廣. 友站可以為族群合諧與擴大推廣,集體放棄積分與自己的隊名,

說實在的我很佩服與感動.他們的團結行動與格局高度已經證明了一切. 成果會有時間證明,

我相信也是許多成員心中認同的.滄者隊的歷史轉折契機就在眼前, 不同的決策將帶領團隊走向

截然不同的結局, 我認為現在考慮的不是要不要做, 而是怎麼做 能夠兼顧全盤,謀定後動.

說實在我才學習這個才三天電腦也是用顯示卡跑
我實在是不知道要加入133977還是31403只希望大家一起團結一起跑分數歸零又如何
反正是做公益
總而言之我是為了滄者而跑啦XD
剩下要加入哪對我都無妨^^
還在摸索設定該用CPU還是顯卡跑???
CPU是AMD940顯示卡是4850
電腦是24小時不關的^^

請各位大大給個方向^^
