把WinXP保留的頻寬釋放出來

這篇釋放頻寬在奇摩看到很久了..
不知道到底有沒有作用..
不過用了好像也沒啥差..
應該純粹心理作用吧..

在「開啟」方框中輸入「GPEDIT.MSC」這在XP32BIT好像不適用吧！
忘記要鍵入什麼了？？？
