This product seems to be using CH-5 die.

So I think it might be able to reach DDR450(as you expected)
with DIMM voltage set at 2.7V~2.8V.

But why not consider finding this one at somewhere else?

Note that it's using new BH-5 die.
If your mobo supplys high DIMM voltage output(like DFI nF4 series)
It can performs DDR500-1T-2-2-2-5 at 3.3V mooon

Considering that the exchange rate is around 1:60
£44.96 * 60 = NTD$ 2700 only !!
Here in Taiwan the price for one 512MB DDR400 module is about NTD$1600
So I think actually it's very cheap. ;nq;

Or did I miss something to take into consideration?
