upgrade後出現lag機問題

唔知點解我部機會有lag機問題. (有D時候要等等才有反應 "使用時或開program都會".)
Asus P5QL-E + Intel E8400
OCZ DDR2 800 2GB, Galaxy 9500GT, 牛魔王 480W 火牛

請問師兄有冇人知物事呀????
