馬上就要跨年了,這次有幸獲選測試最新型的Fujitsu FSX系列 SLC SSD實在令我感到非常的興奮,不但可以跟我前陣子買的Intel 530(雖然是120G的)一較高下、還可以跟我以前測試過的Fujitsu SSD同門對照,看看究竟有多少進步。

1.Fujitsu FSX 240GB單顆Z97原生SATA III 6Gbps Port
2.Fujitsu FSX 240GB雙顆Z97原生SATA III 6Gbps Port Intel晶片組硬體RAID 0
3.Fujitsu FSX 240GB雙顆Z97原生SATA III 6Gbps Port Windows軟體RAID 0(磁碟管理建立等量磁碟區)
4.Intel 530 120GB單顆Z97原生SATA III 6Gbps Port
每組測試皆以CrystalDiskMark 的隨機、0Fill、1Fill以及AS SSD Benchmark的as-ssd-bench、as-copy-bench、as-compr-bench共六種測試數據組成。

為了方便廣大的網友可以一目瞭然的比較多種組合因此做成表格,由於跨足兩種測試軟體,因此只取兩種軟體都共通的Seq & 4k 讀寫,再外加AS SSD的存取時間跟分數比較,然後因為用來比較的2013年款Fujitsu 256GB SSD已不在手上,因此無法補完該SSD的AS SSD數據,還請見諒,然後其它的相關數據就請自行翻閱上面的圖片吧^_^|||。

小結:
從上面的比較圖中我們可以看到新款的FSX SLC SSD相較於2012與2013年款的舊Fujitsu SSD以及目前因為價錢便宜相當常見的Intel裝機入門SSD 530在循序隨機讀取的速度都差不多,都有465MB/s以上甚至將近500MB/s及超過500MB/s的水準,但是在循序隨機寫入的部分大約分成3個等級:1.FSX > 2.F2013 > 3.530 ≒ F2012,其中FSX的速度高達476.1MB/s!!雖然說我們一般使用上最能感受到效能差異的相關數據是隨機讀取,但是一般在網路上的介紹啊、店家網頁啊標榜的「讀寫都有500MB/s」卻是0Fill或1Fill的數據(從上圖你可以看出即便是舊Fujitsu 2012年款都有495 MB/s...),一般的CrystalDiskMark循序隨機寫入都是在150~200 MB/s,這是我頭一個測到CrystalDiskMark循序隨機讀寫都在475MB/s以上的SSD,相信對於一些需要超高速讀寫效能的使用者來說這款是個不錯的選擇;至於0Fill或1Fill的讀取跟寫入都差不多在500 MB/s上下就不提了,4K讀寫的部分單顆跟RAID 0基本上沒有差,但是FSX大致勝過其他SSD,存取時間是一枝獨秀的領先其它SSD(跟2012年款相較差了將近一倍@@),做了RAID 0之後在讀取的存取時間又變得更快了(但是寫入的就差不多,沒有比較快),硬體RAID 0跟軟體RAID 0相較之下,數據都差不多,基本上硬體RAID 0優於軟體RAID 0,但是只有AS SSD 循序寫入的部分才有明顯的差距(888.61 vs 371.67),因此RAID 0還是硬體RAID 0效能稍微好一點,但是對於某些不太會設定硬體RAID 0或是不需要把OS灌在RAID 0(因為要灌OS進去的話基本上要用硬體RAID 0)的使用者來說。可以考慮設定方便的Windows 等量磁碟區作為軟體RAID 0來使用效能也不差。
另外,雖然沒有錄下來,採用單顆SSD時開機的速度大概是Win7的四色球走到定位並且窗戶成形後半秒~1秒鐘進系統,組硬體RAID 0的時候,那四色球才剛跑出來、快要到定位時,就閃進系統了,而且不管做什麼、開什麼程式都是隨點隨開…,速度實在太快了有點不習慣,不過歷經了這次的測試後讓我確信了一件事:「下次換SSD要優先考慮SLC的FSX SSD」。
