[Motherboard] Does Giga 945p/965p support E3300

1. Want to buy E3300 and Giga 945/965 2nd-hand mb for low budget, the Giga official site does not mention but it support most 45nm CPU.
Does this OK? (No bottleneck)

2. How about p35/p43.
Is PCI-E x16 v1.0 enough for 3D main-stream game?

3. Please suggest some mb (brand+mode) for me if you can.

My input method is bad, you can reply this with chinese S/T.
