Valve's Gabe Newell today gave us a glimpse of what it will take to run their highly anticipated sequel Half-Life 2.

The basic specs will require you to have a 1.2Ghz processor, 256Mb of RAM and a DirectX 7 enabled graphics card, although to really enjoy the bells & whistles of the game Valve recommends a 2.4Ghz processor, 512Mb of RAM and a DirectX 9 card.

Earlier Valve has claimed that Half-Life 2 would be playable on really minimalistic system specs (700mhz cpu, TNT2 gfx card), but apparently those were aimed a bit low, although the revised minimum specs are still on the low end of the gaming spectrum.

最低要求:
CPU - 1.2 Ghz
RAM - 256MB
Video card - DirectX 7 capability

建議配備:
CPU - 2.4Ghz
RAM - 512
Video card - DirextX 9 capability

因該會不錯... 聽說這遊戲已經耗資 500 萬以上的美金.... (可以拍一部電影了)

RAM - 256MB---->DDR 400 256M
Video card - DirectX 7 capability---->GeForce 4 MX 440(128bit)

2.建議配備:
CPU - 2.4Ghz---->Celeron 2.4G(Northwood,L2 128K)
RAM - 512---->DDR 266 512M
Video card - DirextX 9 capability---->GeForce FX 5200(64bit)

似乎(2.)沒有比(1.)好到哪去..... :LKJ:

HL2 的 system requirement 其實真的沒那麼高... 我想顯示卡方面 9800 PRO 就可以跑 MAX setting 了... 哪像 DOOM 3 阿... 連 6800 ULTRA 都無法跑 ULTRA mode....
