**..箄鞎潛@@...憭批振撠停銝@@
hi all, today I got 3 kits of 1g dual channel here.
They are :
1.OCZ 3700EL platinum, 2-3-3-8
2.Crucial Ballistix pc3200 2-2-2-5
3. GSkill low-budget F-13200DSU2-1g, DD400 2-3-3-6/DDR550 2.5-4-4-8
Let's see the pictures of them:
1.
2.
**Please note: I only do test on Sisoft memory bandwidth benchmark and Super Pi 1m
Testbed:
CPU: AMD S939 3500+ 90nm
Motherboard: MSI K8Nneo2,BIOS 1.3b6
OS: Windows xp sp2
power: OCZ powerstream 520w
HD: Maxtor 80g sata RAID 0, 6y080m0
VGA: Powercolor x800 xt PE
CPU cooling Vapo LS
Vdimm use all for this test: auto(about 2.7v)
First of all, let's see the bench based on the pc3700, DDR466:
OCZ is definitely without any problem to run its specification while GSkill only can run
2.5-3-3-7 at this time and Crucial can do "2.5-2-2-7"
but insteresting is the bandwidth for OCZ and Gskill are about the same.
OCZ:
Gskill:
crucial:
**let's see how they do @ DDR500:
OCZ:
GS:
Crucail:
What about DDR530(265fsb)?
OCZ:
GS:
Crucail:
NO go..too bad(I am talking about all CL 2.5 latency)
And DDR546(273fsb..? why? cuz I can see how they do with my CPU running at 3ghz)
OCZ:
GS: Is that good for go over specification?:D
Last one, how about challenge the ddr560..
OCZ can boot into windows with 2.5-3-3-7 parameter but can not run any bench
so I change the latency to "2.5-4-4-8" , but it still failed to run Super pi 1m though
What about Gskill? To be very honest with you guys, I have never ever tried this kit
before, I was a bit surprised it can be done at ddr560 with 2.5-3-3-7 (it might be only stable to run these two bench, but it's
still amazing right?)
Any suggestion?
