不死心,再試一次....
可是...................好像又鎖住了,為啥每次申請帳號後,都會被鎖住...(已經申請三個了....)
看看後續的狀況吧...

我直接抓圖給AMD,然後順便用我的破爛英文順便將我的情況和序號給AMD
以下是內容和回覆...
從寄信到收到回覆不到一個下午,超快,完全跟開文樓主不一樣~
但比較慘的是,他居然回覆說查不到我的CPU來源啦,嗚嗚~
明明就盒裝貨,原廠居然查不到??

Thank you for contacting AMD Technical Service Center.

We regret to say that currently we do not support Taiwan in direct RMA service. Please seek help from your place of purchase, otherwise you will need to RMA your processor through your local distributor. We can do a check for you on your serial number to see which distributor it came from.

Please let us know if you need to know the distributor information.

I need RMA service with a Athlon 64(939) CPU.
The serial number show on CPU is:

LBBLE 0522CPMW
Z******F*****

When I turn on my computer,it will run 2~3 second and
auto turn off.
I'm already check my other device,I ascertained that
CPU have some error.

以我送修的經驗,其實不用註冊,只要MAIL給他們就可以,但注意一點,如果有網友mail給他們都沒回應的話,記得檢查標題,一定要用 CPU-Support,中間那個-要加,不然他們會當廣告信。

However, direct RMA has not been made available in Taiwan so you will need to contact the distributor of your CPU. Are you able to go back to the shop where you purchase it to request for RMA? Otherwise, I can check which distributor your CPU belongs to.

的信息,沒想到AMD的維修服務,做的比INTEL差,以前還送過斷腳的給INTEL,都還是換新的回來,對AMD真是灰心。

應該是新加坡那邊已不在對台灣區個人用戶送修服務,我也跟jonathan.w大大一樣,收到類似回覆的MAIL。;face12;

唉呀...真是不錯的文章啊
不過自從k8有蓋之後,die壓傷的問題就少很多了
唯一比較會被挑毛病的,大概就是原廠風扇了吧...>.<

是阿,那以後沒得送修了,不過我還在跟新加坡的CS mail往來中,就算沒得修,也把台灣代理商的雙建不合理的送修要求反應一下。
