nVidia: Crush19+MCP04 and Crush51+ MCP51

Whereas the official advertisement of agreement INTEL/nVidia date hardly 2 weeks, one knows some now more about the future chipset Crush19, intended for Pentium 4. Ghost with a traditional Northbridge/Southbridge architecture, Crush19, planned at the same time as the launching of Lakeport of INTEL, is mainly awaited for his Northbridge. Indeed, the functionalities of Southbridge MCP04 are known since the launching of the nForce 4 and should be almost identical level functionalities. 不知道南橋有沒有改進 ;x;

看他之援的規格還不錯說~~不知道效能會不會比intel 的強

哈有HT哦,那該不會超頻的時候也要降低南北橋的傳輸(亂說的)不過問題是沒有內建控制器的P4配上hypertransport那不就跟K7的主機板一樣了嗎!! 期待有一天看到某位大大買來做測試!!
P.S因為自己是不會買低 哈哈!!

誰說HyperTransport只能作在AMD Platform?
HT是個開放的架構
任何裝置都可以使用低
只是Intel不屑用對手開發的技術在它的產品中
但是別家廠的NB2SB它也管不著
所以nVidia用一點也不奇怪
優秀的架構是不會被拋棄的
除非有更好的...

Hypertransport這東西早就做在k7平台了
從第一代的Nforce到之後的Nforce2
其南北橋的傳輸都是用Hypertransport
k8則是把Hypertransport用到cpu對北橋的傳輸上(俗稱的FSB)
甚至之後的dual-core k8在core與core之間的相連也會用Hypertransport
