Ericsson sues Acer and Dlink

Ericsson seems to be suing the world and its dog for infringement of its WLAN patents.
The suit which was filed with the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas charges Acer, D-Link, Netgear and Gateway and othters for breaching its patent which covers IEEE802.11a, g, n and e.
Acer and D-Link products are WLAN devices equipped with WLAN chips developed Atheros Communications, Marvell, Realtek Semiconductor and Ralink Technology.
So far there has been no comment from those involved in the case.
