First of all, congratulations to the opening of CBB English Hardware Discussion Board.

Nowadays I am concentrating more on my works so I put less effort on extreme overclocking as I need a total stable working environment.

Although the hardware components used in this rig are quite outdated comparing to most of the seniors here, but they are quite sufficient for my daily works and gaming requirements.

In this rig, I have put 5 x 120mm casing fans.
The rpm of each fans are controlled by Vantec Nexus 5.25" fan Controller and the dBA wont exceed 30dBA.
120mm fan can produce less high pitch sound whilst providing large amount of airflow to cool down my Harddisks and VGA Card.

The Heatsink used for CPU is Thermaltake Pipe101 with 60 copper fins and 4 heatpipes.
A Sunon 2500rpm 92mm CPU Fan is used to suck out hot air.

btw, merely Zalman Heatpipe Heatsink without active cooling fanan is used for the Radeon 9800XT.

TestBed:
AMD Mobile Athlon 64 3400+ 2.4GHz CG @ 8 x 300MHz 1.6v
Thermaltake Pipe101 Heatsink with 92mm Sunon 2800rpm Fan (Suck Air)
2 x 512MB KVR Winbond CH-6 DDR SDRAM
DFI LanParty nf3 250GB UT Tictac Modded BIOS DFI-NF3LD504-R1 with VDIMM upto 4v
Enlight True Power 420W PSU
Medion ATI Radeon 9800XT 128MB 256bit @ core 444MHz / mem 378MHz

2 x 40GB Western Digital WD400BB Raid-0 on NF3 Raid
300GB Maxtor DiamonMax Plus 10 7200rpm SATA150 16MB Cache HDD

Various Setting:
