OK, the nF4 chip on my board is chipped, damaged on the lower right edge.
Looks like it was factory damaged, extra force was applied to only one side of the nF4 chip.
I guess it happens when only one HSF push pin is pressed without equal, or counteracting, pressure being exherted on the other side of the chip.
Probably the installation of the HSF was done by only ONE pushpin at a time, what may have damaged the nF4 chip.
I haven't turned my mobo on yet so I don't know if it's working or not, will check monday or when I get a PCI-E card...
