無法收信

請問 FreeBSD 因停電後復電導致系統無法進入，
用 fsck -y 修復後，可正常開機，telnet 測試 port 25 和 port 110 正常，
但用 webmail 和 Outlook Express 可正常登入，但都收不到信，
然後用自己的 ISP 的 e-mail Server 寄信過去卻收到退信，
退信的訊息內有 Command time limit exceeded: "/usr/local/sbin/amavis"
webmin 本來還進的去，但後來進不去了....
請教要如何修正呢？謝謝.

看起來像是 AMaViS 沒有啟動的樣子
檢查 AMaViS 看看
