確實，每次硬碟損壞，拿去專門店送修，
雖然，在保固範圍內，不過多要發上500-600NT
透過這樣方法，確實可省下一筆錢。

想請教一下版上的大大,我手邊有一個在美國買的WD 2.5"的HDD , 目前故障想尋求開版大大的送修方式來送修,但是在選擇Warranty Check時,我的序號所查出的地點在美國,再填入詳細資料時,國家不能改選台灣,是不是這樣就不能由台灣送修了呢?謝謝指導!!!

Out of Region Warranty Eligibility Requirements Page

The following requirements below are applicable only to end users and resellers for products with an out of region warranty status:

Only end user and reseller customers are eligible.

One out of region product is eligible for replacement per year per customer. The one year timeframe is calculated from the RMA creation date where the RMA includes the out of region product until the current date.

If an RMA is created and the out of region product is not received by WD within 90 days from the RMA is created, the customer becomes eligible to replace another out of region product.

小弟昨天也把WD硬碟RMA送修了, 但是到郵局寄的時候, 我有跟郵局的人說要"國際包裹單"和"商業發票",
他只知道國際包裹, 不知道商業發票是什麼耶？
最後就只用國際包裹把WD硬碟寄出了,
這樣有關係嗎？
有點擔心～

YA~小弟收到寄回的硬碟了, 因為家裡有事, 不得已必須讓FED改地址送,
不過FED客服小姐說, 轉送的$5美金運用是會跟寄出廠charge,
那WD會再跟我要嗎？;rr;

寄送兩顆硬碟過去是否要申請兩個RMA?還是只要申請一個?
